Check Availability
Start by sharing a few event details through the inquiry form or by contacting our team directly.
We’ll confirm availability and begin the conversation about what would serve your audience best.

Explore the best fit
We’ll talk briefly about your audience, goals, and event format to determine the right approach — whether that’s a keynote, an entertainment experience, or a combination.
If helpful, we can schedule a quick call to walk through options together.

Confirm the Booking
Once everything looks like a strong fit, we’ll send a simple agreement to secure the date.
You can complete the quick contract form online, or we can walk through it together by phone. Once finalized, we’ll send the agreement for signature along with the deposit invoice and required paperwork.

Event Preparation
To make sure the presentation fits your event, we’ll ask you to complete a short Pre-Event Questionnaire.
This helps Tim understand your audience, message, and event goals so the experience connects with the room.

Pre-Event Planning
If helpful, we’ll schedule a brief planning call before the event.
This is where Tim can learn more about your audience, align with your theme, and answer any final questions before showtime.

Settle Up
Nice and simple.
We’ll send an invoice, you settle up, and everything’s locked in.
